Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for a dynamic group of CIS Clients, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for a dynamic group of CIS Clients
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all changes are updated in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Weekly wages of warehouse employees
- Weekly wages of subcontractors
- Monthly salary (PAYE)
- Inputting of Purchase Ledger Invoices onto system
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Payroll Administrator, ideally working with CIS Clients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and software
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations, including PAYE and National Insurance
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
