Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for a dynamic group of CIS Clients, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll for a dynamic group of CIS Clients
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all changes are updated in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Weekly wages of warehouse employees
  • Weekly wages of subcontractors
  • Monthly salary (PAYE)
  • Inputting of Purchase Ledger Invoices onto system

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Payroll Administrator, ideally working with CIS Clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and software
  • Solid understanding of payroll regulations, including PAYE and National Insurance
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
