Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Nurse Care 24 Ltd. As a dedicated healthcare provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patient health, and recording vital signs.
  • Clinical Duties: Develop and implement individualized care plans, perform diagnostic tests, assess results, provide wound care, and manage chronic conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in concert with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans and medical concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhere to all nursing home policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Required: Fully qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Pin, minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent clinical and caregiving skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in a nursing home or geriatric care setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Professional Development: Continuous training and development opportunities, support for further education and qualifications.
