Job Title: Administrator, Funds

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced funds administrator to join our team at AP Group Ltd. Our client specializes in alternative investment solutions and requires a professional with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration for assigned funds, including secretarial activities, processing paperwork and queries, maintaining files, and preparing investor statements and client reports.
  • Performing CDD's according to company policies and procedures, preparing payments, liaising with third parties, and collating information for system record maintenance.
  • Providing technical knowledge of funds and financial services legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 18 months+ relevant experience in funds administration.
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Technical knowledge of funds and financial services legislation and regulations is desired.
