About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at DBR Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team of warehouse operators, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including FIFO for all materials
  • Work alongside transport teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and management systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Current counterbalance FLT License (Gas)
