Job Title: Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and are passionate about ensuring smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up pumps and associated equipment for production runs, adhering to batch sheet instructions and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Measure, weigh, charge, and mix raw materials into vessels, monitoring meters and instrument readings to ensure accuracy.
  • Pack and load finished items into appropriate containers, labeling them with batch numbers and maintaining accurate records.
  • Complete all paperwork efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Clean production tanks as required, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Report equipment, machinery, or production process issues to supervisors or maintenance engineers, prioritizing prompt resolution.
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles or tankers, utilizing internal databases for goods tracking and reporting discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Operate forklifts safely and responsibly, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to fire safety procedures and report property damage, prioritizing the safety of colleagues and assets.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, adhering to data protection policies.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • PC literacy for data input and order checking is required.
  • Self-motivation and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
