Silverstone is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and excellent customer service skills.

Job Description:
  • Provide technical support to the Silverstone IT department
  • Configure and install hardware and software for users
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and escalate issues to relevant teams
  • Develop expertise in various IT systems and tools

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits.
