Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Assist the Logistics Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering all build and derig requirements for temporary infrastructure.
  • Schedule Management: Ensure build & breakdown schedules are kept up to date for all major events, liaising regularly with stakeholders.
  • Site Operations: Oversee the build and derig stages of 'live' events, receiving and siting temporary infrastructure, distributing furniture, and overseeing land hire dates.
  • Supplier Management: Liaise with third-party suppliers and contractors on delivery and collection schedules.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
