We are seeking an experienced People Manager to join our Business Integrity Internal Controls assurance team in our Leeds or Isle of Man office. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices.

This role requires a strong team manager to engage with partners across all levels, leadership experience to inspire, coach and mentor a team of analysts, and previous experience in the online gaming industry and regulatory landscape within which we operate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a team of Assurance Analysts.
  • Co-ordinate and lead regular team meetings, formulating pre-agreed agendas.
  • Deliver work in progress reports and compile team project updates.
  • Set team goals and review performance on an annual basis in line with the performance management cycle.
  • Evaluate the scope and testing approach of key controls to ensure they are fit for purpose and in accordance with established department standards.

Oversee and co-ordinate the testing and monitoring of key controls, along with thematic reviews in accordance with the Business Integrity Controls Framework. Develop recommendations for corrective actions based on review findings.

Requirements:
  • Strong team manager skills to engage with partners across all levels.
  • Leadership experience to inspire, coach and mentor a team of analysts.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming industry and regulatory landscape within which we operate.
  • Knowledge of the Group's products, tools, processes and key persons.
  • Previous audit or assurance experience.
  • Positive attitude and ability to take the initiative.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management.
