About the Role

As a key member of the Gleeson Recruitment Group team, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy for the SY and LD postcode areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national specialist floorcovering distributor and drive business growth through effective customer relationships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a significant customer base of independent retailers to deliver sales revenue targets.
  • Optimize daily appointments to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to advise and influence them on flooring sales.
  • Utilize sampling and displays to introduce customers to new products and ranges, driving incremental sales.
  • Manage customer pricing quotations and terms to reflect the complexity of products, price points, volumes, and credit terms.
