We are excited to offer a 6-month graduate scheme for aspiring counsellors, providing extensive training and development opportunities in a supportive environment. As a Counselling and Mental Health Counsellor, you will play a vital role in delivering our client's comprehensive employee assistance programme, making a positive impact on the lives of millions.

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum diploma level 4 in Counselling, with a strong foundation in digital counselling, telephone counselling, and solution-focused approaches. You will be expected to develop your skills in risk assessment, safeguarding, and online CBT, while working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional support services.

The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as BACP membership and accreditation, paid supervision, and profit-sharing schemes.
