The Company: On Target Recruitment is a leading specialist in sales, technical, and commercial jobs in the Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Medical & Scientific, and Commercial & Industrial Solutions sectors.
The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in the West Midlands and North West area. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling a service and repair service for automation and electronic components to prestigious manufacturers across the territory.
The Ideal Person: This role will suit someone who has B2B field sales experience from any sector. Ideally, you will have sold service contracts or a service-led product. A technical background is not required, but an interest in manufacturing would be beneficial. Good customer service experience is essential, and an outgoing personality, comfortable working at a fast pace with urgency, is a must.
What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of £30k-£33k, with a realistic OTE of £11k in the first year. You will also receive a pension, healthcare, and 33 days' holidays. Top sales staff can earn up to £55k+.
