**About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across large commercial office sites.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Undertake basic fabric duties, including painting, decorating, and minor repairs to furniture and equipment
  • Carry out plumbing activities, including clearing blockages, attending to burst pipes, and replacing components
  • Assist with office moves, including furniture removal and installation
  • Liaise with the contract management team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Investigate complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues
  • Provide technical support and backup as required
  • Ensure all personnel and contractors working in hazardous areas take necessary safety precautions
  • Use relevant tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance, minor improvements, and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard
  • Assist Multi-Skilled Engineers as required

**Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Understanding of most building fabric duties, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work
  • Good communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Health and Safety experience and knowledge
  • Basic PC literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritize workload

**Package:

  • £35,000 basic salary
  • 25 days annual leave
