Job Title: Building Fabric Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Fabric Specialist to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance tasks across a range of building fabric disciplines, including patch plastering, rendering, carpentry, and floor coverings.
  • Conduct site visits to identify and rectify defects, ensuring our clients receive a high-quality service.
  • Work independently, using handheld IT equipment to manage works and documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first-time fix, and quality workmanship.
Requirements:
  • Time-served experience across multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health and safety.
