Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

CV Life is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support the Head of Facilities Management in the safe and efficient management of all facilities related functions and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate the CV Life Maintenance Management System and prioritize maintenance activities across the portfolio of facilities.
  • Assist the Head of Facilities Management with statutory inspections and legal compliance in relation to premises.
  • Collate records and produce reports and presentations on servicing and maintenance activities.
  • Develop new and maintain existing relationships with external contractors.
  • Oversee Health and Safety focused activities within the Facilities department.
  • Ensure up-to-date asbestos registers for all sites and develop Local Asbestos Management Plans.
  • Monitor the Building Management Systems (BMS) to guarantee that all sites remain within agreed parameters of various control systems.
Requirements:
  • Construction/Trade, Engineering or Facilities related Qualification.
  • Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH).
  • Experience of engaging with external contractors and partners.
  • Understanding of Heritage site maintenance.
  • Experience of Health and Safety, Facilities Management and Environmental Sustainability.
  • Understanding of Project Management.
  • Strong IT and digital skills.
  • Data management skills, with the ability to analyze, track, interrogate and report data trends.
  • UK driving license.
