Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate the CV Life Maintenance Management System and prioritize maintenance activities across the portfolio of facilities.
- Assist the Head of Facilities Management with statutory inspections and legal compliance in relation to premises.
- Collate records and produce reports and presentations on servicing and maintenance activities.
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with external contractors.
- Oversee Health and Safety focused activities within the Facilities department.
- Ensure up-to-date asbestos registers for all sites and develop Local Asbestos Management Plans.
- Monitor the Building Management Systems (BMS) to guarantee that all sites remain within agreed parameters of various control systems.
- Construction/Trade, Engineering or Facilities related Qualification.
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH).
- Experience of engaging with external contractors and partners.
- Understanding of Heritage site maintenance.
- Experience of Health and Safety, Facilities Management and Environmental Sustainability.
- Understanding of Project Management.
- Strong IT and digital skills.
- Data management skills, with the ability to analyze, track, interrogate and report data trends.
- UK driving license.
