Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in preparing vegetables and provide support during busy periods.
  • Clean kitchen equipment, including the cooker, oven, hot plate, Bain Maries, Fridges, and Freezers, as per the cleaning schedule.
  • Follow the cleaning schedule directed by the Head Cook.
  • Dispose of waste bags following health & safety and infection control procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tea trolleys, trays, and the dishwasher.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Must hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or above.
