Senior Digital Acquisition Executive

At The Citation Group, we're on a mission to triple our size over the next few years through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. As a key member of our central marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our digital strategy forward.

We're looking for a results-focused, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our team. As a Digital Acquisition Strategist, you'll be responsible for owning and driving forward our PPC strategy, working closely with our Acquisition and Experience Leads to create and deliver our overall digital strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of our digital strategy
  • Creating and managing new and existing marketing campaigns across multiple brands to generate leads and hit KPIs
  • Working alongside brand, content, and acquisition teams to deliver engaging and relevant online content and resources
  • Reviewing analytics and producing reports to analyze with the Digital Lead
  • Collaborating with our internal SEO and digital experience team to maximize synergies
  • Working with Digital Marketing and Dev agencies to continually optimize campaigns and improve performance
  • Using Salesforce CRM to track successes and inform changes
  • Liaising with the wider marketing team to maximize collaborative online opportunities
  • Understanding the full sales cycle and the value of PPC leads within that sales cycle
  • Having an excellent understanding of data and the ability to quickly parse complex reports to identify trends and key information
  • Staying up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends


Requirements include:
  • Previous PPC and Paid Social experience in a Digital Marketing role or digital agency environment
  • Proven experience in generating large volume lead generation activity and conversion using digital tools
  • Strong Google Analytics knowledge and channel marketing analytics
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital P&L
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis
  • Ability to use data to deliver marketing campaigns and gain audience insight
  • HTML experience is a plus but not required
