About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at Recooty. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and growing a portfolio of web assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in search engine optimization, with a comprehensive understanding of onsite and offsite ranking factors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Track, report, and analyze website performance of ongoing campaigns
  2. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies
  3. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  4. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  5. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  6. Research and analyze competitors
  7. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are correctly implemented
  8. Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, offsite, and other factors to improve SERP positions for target keywords
  9. Manage projects utilizing internal and external resources
Requirements
  1. Proven SEO experience
  2. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  3. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS, Majestic SEO)
  4. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  5. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  7. Experience registering and setting up websites
Advantageous
  1. Experience working in highly competitive SERPs
  2. Execution of personal projects in the SEO space
