Food Production Specialist

Staffline Operations is seeking a skilled Hygiene Operative to join their team in Boston. As a key member of the food manufacturing factory, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for production.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work fixed night shifts, operating from 6pm to 6am. Key responsibilities include cleaning dollies, euro-bins, and equipment coming through tray wash, as well as loading and operating the cardboard bailer and/or compactor.
Requirements:
No prior experience is necessary, as full training is provided. However, experience in a similar role is desirable. You must be able to safely strip and clean basic equipment and machinery, demonstrating a safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.
