In this role, you will be responsible for managing the line, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise will ensure that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to deliver excellent results to our customers.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have previous experience as a Line Leader in food manufacturing, preferably with a strong understanding of operational management principles. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively lead a team.
The estimated salary for this role is £14,520 - £15,780 per annum, depending on experience.
