Head of Delivery

The Head of Delivery is responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and services, as well as supporting the strategic development of the business, to achieve agreed financial and developmental objectives. This role ensures high-quality service and delivery standards on existing contracts and expands work scope.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop strategic relationships with existing and potential clients to increase profitable order intake, aligned with the overall growth strategy of Nuvia UK.
- Lead the development of new business opportunities and participate in tender submissions, final price, and commercial negotiations to secure orders at approved margins.
- Improve client service levels and satisfaction, optimizing Company performance while building and deepening client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify, develop, secure, and provide Nuvia solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide timely market intelligence and competitor activity feedback to relevant personnel within Nuvia, contributing to the generation of sustainable competitive advantage.
- Position Nuvia as the trusted partner for clients, working cohesively with counterpart management team personnel to ensure the optimal utilization of all necessary resources.
- A degree in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Project Management).
- A member of a relevant professional institute.
- A technical and/or commercial background with the ability and confidence to meet clients at all levels to discover, develop, and deliver their requirements.
- Experience of leading and managing a team with demonstrable results, understanding and interpreting relevant industry standards and specifications.
