Job Title: Senior Model Based Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Model Based Systems Engineer to join our Raytheon APNT Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing Digital GPS Anti-Jam Systems and Alternative Navigation Solutions for the military market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide Systems Engineering expertise across the product lifecycle, from requirements capture, analysis, design through to testing, qualification, and certification activities.
  • Support the System Design Authority and Systems Engineering Team Leaders with the development and management of project requirements, generation of technical documentation, and participation in technical design reviews.
  • Develop and manage project requirements, generate technical documentation, and participate in technical design reviews.
  • Support the Systems Team in the generation of bid proposal material and submission of bids in response to customer requests.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements through to certification.
  • Experience with SysML or UML in a Systems Engineering environment.
  • Experience with generation of technical documentation (internal and for customers).
  • Understanding of policies, practices, and procedures, and the ability to communicate these to their team.
  • Ability to work in a team and perform to project directives.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with limited oversight from Team Leaders and Management.
  • Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics) or similar.
  • Eligible or current holder of SC security clearance.
