About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at Duck & Waffle. As a Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our beverage operations and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Your Responsibilities:

- Assist the Assistant Bar Manager/Bar Manager in supervising and leading all beverage operations
- Maintain and set processes and standards to ensure high-quality service
- Lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement new ideas to improve beverage offerings and service

Your Requirements:

- At least 4 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Personal License holder
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards
- Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
