About the Role

Gaucho is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bartender to join our team. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop your skills and product knowledge through Gaucho Academy training and company training programs.
  • Support, train, and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Ensure the bar is set up, maintained, and closed to standard, adhering to the Cycle of Service standards.
  • Manage beverage stock, garnishes, and glassware to meet customer demands.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring timely and accurate drink and food orders.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in cocktail making and a passion for spirits.
  • Confidence in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
