We are partnering with a growing Solicitors firm based in Milton Keynes, seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their IT team. The company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Line Engineer to provide advanced technical support for escalated issues from the 1st and 2nd-line teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory/Group Policy, and Exchange.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide 3rd-line support for escalated issues from the 1st and 2nd-line teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.* Proactively monitor and optimize performance, availability, and security of client systems.
* Lead and participate in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
**Requirements:**
* Strong expertise in Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory/Group Policy, and Exchange.
* Proficiency in networking concepts (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, routing).
* Proven experience in a similar 3rd Line Support role, preferably within a legal/law environment (beneficial but not essential).* Demonstrated success in managing and delivering IT infrastructure projects.
**Salary & Benefits:**
The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a competitive pension scheme.
