We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor of Cleaning Operations at North Lanarkshire Council. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of our school premises, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all areas are clean and hygienic
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of the school
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of facilities management services
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and lead others
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday, 16:00pm till 19:00pm
