TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruiter, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their team in the Egham area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment case progression and closure, ensuring timely completion of all aspects of casework.
- Play a pivotal role in investigations into conduct, attending interviews with relevant parties.
- Collaborate with directors and employees, both pre- and post-appointment, and liaise with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases.
- Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends.
- ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified.
- Essential insolvency experience, with confidence in managing asset valuations and realizations independently.
- Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress.
- Experienced case handler.
