As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will have the ability and motivation to:
- Take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager
- Contribute to delivering revenue and profitability targets
- Develop enduring client relationships
Day-to-Day Duties
You will be responsible for managing case delivery, including pre-appointment case progression and closure, ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner. You will also play a pivotal role in investigations into conduct, attending interviews with relevant parties, and working collaboratively with directors and employees both pre- and post-appointment.
You will liaise with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases, attend meetings with creditors and shareholders, and serve as a point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualification
- Insolvency experience is essential, as you will need to be confident in managing asset valuations and realizations independently
- Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
- Experience as a case handler
