Assistant Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Assistant Manager to help drive the growth and development of our restaurant business.

Your warm personality and professionalism will enable you to be deeply involved in all aspects of ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar, including managing a team, ordering, stock control, health and safety, and maintaining our high standards in every area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an Assistant Manager in a branded restaurant environment, with experience of working at high volume, with fresh produce. You will have a positive and proactive management style and share our passion for providing the highest quality customer service. You will also have bundles of energy alongside a winning smile and common sense in abundance.

As the go-to person for all aspects and issues of running this busy restaurant, you will enjoy a varied and hands-on role, working closely with the Head Chef and Directors to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly and help to develop standards and drive the business forward while ensuring all customers leave with a smile on their face having had an amazing experience.
