We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker in Cardiff. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs and abilities in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Promote independence and a sense of well-being among service users
  • Build strong relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
  • Ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to travel to Leicester for paid training
