About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the delivery of care services
  • Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care and compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve their best

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
