**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team on a 12-6 month contract. The successful candidate will work 3-4 days a week, providing financial management and accounting services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Produce accurate and timely month-end accounts, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Manage payroll for two entities, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
  • Provide general ad-hoc reporting, including financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring cash flow is up to date.
  • Process payments, including weekly E+, Euro payment, Sage supplier payment/payroll, Pension and HMRC.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Manage Sage Cloud50, including all accounting duties, VAT, and monthly management accounts.
  • Reconcile co-investment spreadsheets and invoices through Sage, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare management accounts, including accruals, prepayment, reconciliation, and set of accounts.
  • Manage holiday tracking, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare Sage payroll, including monthly staff and journal for Sage posting.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong accounting and financial management skills, with experience in Sage Cloud50.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
