Retail Store Manager

Hours: 40 hours per week
Vodafone UK Retail is seeking a talented and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Vodafone Partner stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and contributing to a growing local business, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support established teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet KPIs
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Vodafone UK Retail team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Strong operational experience in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to drive sales growth and meet KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
