About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of store staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Managing store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
- Developing and implementing store strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Monitoring and controlling store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads

Requirements
