Front of House Manager

Loungers is a unique and exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management team to maintain high standards of customer service
- Lead from the front, setting the pace high for the team to deliver on time, every time
- Focus on the detail, never settling for second best and striving for excellence in every aspect of the business
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Tips shared equally across the team, based on hours worked
