About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Know the menu inside out and make recommendations to customers to enhance their dining experience.
  • Use a tablet to take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Greet, serve food, and look after our customers while they dine with us.
  • Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to meet specifications and customer expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, legal, and clean environment in the front of house, addressing any issues promptly and safely.
