Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions across various sectors, including Commercial, Education, Residential, and Healthcare.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team. You will be working on a broad range of projects, from concept to completion, and will be responsible for producing technical drawings, specifications, and constructive documents. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with building regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality design solutions across various sectors
  • Produce technical drawings, specifications, and constructive documents
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, industry standards, and best practices
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff
  • Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and internal team members
  • Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts
Requirements
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Previous work on Education projects is essential
  • Strong Revit knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
