Nursery Early Years Childcare Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Kids Planet Middlewich. As a natural leader, you will be highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic, with a creative approach to childcare. Our Nursery Manager will enjoy a lovely large outdoor area, free breakfast, lunches, and healthy snacks, including fresh fruit. We offer accredited training with the KP Academy, enhanced maternity, paternity, fertility, and adoption leave, long service awards, and a dedicated wellbeing package. A Nursery Manager at Kids Planet Middlewich will receive a competitive salary, pension plan, annual leave, and Monday to Friday working hours. Key requirements include a Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification, extensive knowledge of safeguarding, and senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
