We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team at Search Consultancy in Leeds. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payrolls, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the payroll team, including document management and record keeping.
- Coordinate payroll correspondence and ensure member data is accurately maintained.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payrolls, as well as the preparation of payroll reports and reconciliation.
- Support the Finance team in their activities and projects, as required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
