Job Title: Barrister Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced barrister to join our team at Express Solicitors Group as a Barrister Advocate.

About the Role:

  • Represent clients in court, including fast-track and multi-track cases.
  • Undertake advocacy requirements, ensuring the provision of a high-quality service.
  • Stay up-to-date with procedural changes, case law, and legislative developments.
  • Assist less experienced advocates with their advocacy and drafting work.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or equivalent experience.
  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems.
  • Experience in personal injury litigation is preferred.
