Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring flexible working hours, with shift times to be confirmed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meeting client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements in an efficient and timely manner
  • Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of suitable candidates for various roles
  • Accurate data entry and validation for weekly payroll processing
  • Handling administrative tasks related to absences, change requests, and compliance
  • Maintaining secure records for audits and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing queries from workers in a professional and courteous manner

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with sufficient experience in a similar role, possessing strong adaptation skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

A growth mindset, continuous learning, and innovative approaches are essential in this position, as well as strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and maintain connections with clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have tenacity, drive, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards delivering excellent service.
