Drive Innovation and Excellence in Azure Automation

Head Resourcing is seeking an experienced Azure Automation Engineer to join our client's Infrastructure Engineering team in Leeds or Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical phase of our transformation journey, leveraging the latest Azure technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement innovative automation solutions using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Event Grid.
  • Develop and maintain secure AVD environments through CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure and virtual desktop engineering.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technology stack and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AVD engineering with certifications up to AZ104 and AZ140.
  • Expertise in AVD architecture, deployment options, management tools, and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure & Configuration as Code using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Experience in building and deploying secure AVD environments through CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Skills in using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of Infrastructure as Code based AVD environments.
