We are seeking highly skilled and vigilant individuals to join our team of Invigilators at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group. As an Examination Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and fairness of examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invigilate various types of examinations according to awarding body regulations and group procedures.
  • Distribute and collect examination papers, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security protocols.
  • Brief candidates on examination procedures, rules, and expectations.
  • Remain alert and vigilant during exams, monitoring for any signs of malpractice or irregularities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and ability to use technology confidently.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

  • Ad-hoc zero-hour contract, with flexible scheduling to accommodate exam schedules.
  • Average hourly salary: £15-20 per hour.
