About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dietetic Assistant to join our team at NHS Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales. As a Dietetic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by assisting Registered Dietitians with various tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with hospital staff, patients, and carers to ensure effective delivery of therapeutic diets.
  • Provide direct and indirect support to patients and carers under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Quality Credit Framework qualification at level 3 (e.g., NVQ related to Health & Social Care) or equivalent.
  • Documented evidence of participation in training activities.
