Academic Support Assistant Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 'Good' primary school in Central Birmingham. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work on a 1:1 and small group basis with KS1 and KS2 pupils, providing them with unique differentiated support from their peers.
This role is perfect for a graduate who is looking to gain experience prior to starting a teacher training programme. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced team, and receive online training and CPD to support your career development.
The school is situated in a convenient location, making it easily accessible by public transport. You will be working in a fantastic 2 Form-Entry primary school that provides a supportive and inclusive environment for all staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to KS1 and KS2 pupils
* Work with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Support pupils with special educational needs
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
