Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our fast-paced and collaborative team in Slough, UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including office supplies and equipment inventories.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Manage office filing systems and databases to ensure efficient access to information.
- Assist with the planning and organization of company events and training sessions.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to various departments as required.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
