**Job Overview:** Our client, a trusted supplier to the nuclear industry, is looking for a Senior EC&I Engineer to work on a contract basis at their nuclear facility in Cheshire.

This role involves the design, testing, and commissioning of modern control systems, as well as the restoration and replacement of obsolete hardwired logic systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in PLC and SCADA based control systems and a strong understanding of safety functionality required for a nuclear licensed site.

**Responsibilities:*** Deliver FEED services for various projects* Oversight of conceptual and basic design of new builds or facility modifications* Developing design standards to meet world-class safety and regulatory requirements* Inform plant design specifications, asset management strategies, CapEx planning, and safety protocols
