Personal Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant - Directorate Support. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director and Senior Leadership Team to provide high-level administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the department.
This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- To provide administrative support to the Director and Senior Leadership Team.
- To manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- To develop and implement effective administrative procedures and policies.
- To coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- To prepare presentations, reports, and other materials.
Salary: £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
