We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. In this role, you will provide support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide physical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as housekeeping and personal care.
- Support individuals to engage in leisure activities and develop skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.30 plus £1000 retention bonus.
- Opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.
- Chance to develop skills and experience in care and support.
- Full UK driving license desirable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and colleagues.
