Rejuvenate the Campaigning DNA of a Respected Conservation Charity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Bureau. This is a newly created role, at the heart of a new organisational structure for a charity dedicated to sustaining the rich, diverse, living pattern of landscape, wildlife and culture that makes Cumbria and the Lake District unique.

About the Role
  • Salary: £52,522 FTE (full time equivalent)
  • Location: Hybrid, between Kendal office and home
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 hours full time, open to reduced hours and 4 days per week
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 with length of service), 6% pension contribution
