**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Specialist to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Heavy Machinery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services for plant machinery, including small chippers, tractors, chainsaws, and heavy weight machines.

**About the Role**

The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical engineering, with a particular focus on plant machinery. You will need hands-on experience with 2-stroke engines, as well as diesel and petrol engines, to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide expert maintenance and repair services for plant machinery, including small chippers, tractors, chainsaws, and heavy weight machines.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with 2-stroke, diesel, and petrol engines.
- Maintain high safety standards and attention to detail.
- Work independently to resolve complex technical problems.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Engineering & Technical services team to provide professional services in the Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors.

**Requirements**

- A proven track record in mechanical roles, specifically with plant machinery.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues with 2-stroke, diesel, and petrol engines.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- NVQ in Maintenance and Engineering.
